El Pasado 4 de Octubre se develo el Arco para el Barrio Chino en San José. Ubicado en el paseo de los Estudiantes, este arco está hecho de concreto armado y tiene 10 metros de altura y 15 de ancho. La obra fue realizada por trabajadores chinos y se inspira en la dinastia Tang. Adicionalmente, se le adicionaron ocho esferas de concreto, que semejan las esferas precolombinas. Los trabajos para finalizar el boulevar estan en progreso y se espera que el conjunto quede listo para el mes de Noviembre de 2012.

On October 4th, the new arch was unveiled to Chinatown in San Jose. Set on the "Paseo de los Estudiantes", this bow is made of reinforced concrete and is 10 meters high and 15 meters wide. The work was done by Chinese workers and is inspired by the Tang dynasty. Additionally, were added eight concrete spheres resembling pre-columbian. The work to complete the boulevard are in progress and is expected to be ready for the whole month of November 2012.
